Meet my Mother's Horse:

~ MEET MISTY MORNING ~

Misty is 13 years old, 14.3hh...Tina bought her in Feb. *1998*when she was only two years old. She is a purebred grey Arabian Mare, Tina brought her home and taught her to ride bare back and neck rein that first year and the next year Tina introduced her to the saddle.We all love her very much. Misty had her first foal *M&M* March 5th *2002*

Meet My Father's Horse:

~ Gen-U-Wine Whiskey ~
Whiskey is registered Bay Arabian Gelding...he is 11 yrs old, 14.3hh, we bought him in Orange,VT in *1998* when he was only 5 months old. I sent him off to be trained when he was 2 yrs old for two months worth of training. He has so much energy he would make an excellent endurance horse and he does not know when to stop. He loves to run all the time. He thrives on running. My Dad  just loves this horse even though Whiskey can be a little stubborn at times. I love him too. Whiskey is one of my favorite. He always gives my kisses every time I walk in the barn. He is a very sweet heart to me, but not other people.haha.:) Love you Whiskey Boy!

Meet My Horse:

~Peppermint Patti~

Patti is a Black & White pinto pony. 13.3H, 28 year old mare. Patti was my first horse. I learned  EVERYTHING on her. She taught me how to ride. When I was 7 years old, I even rode her double with my brother on a trail ride.  We bought her when I was 3 years old, & I'm now 14. So we have had her for 11 years.  We retired her from riding when she was 24 years old. Patti Pasted away on July 17, 2009. R.I.P. We miss her lots, & love her!

Meet My 2nd Horse:

~Black Beauty~

Beauty is an all Black with white star Morgan Mare. She is 13.2H & is 20 years old. Beauty loves to run ALL the time. She is very Brave! She puts up with everything, & does anything I ask her to do. After Patti Retired I was looking for another horse, so my mom decied to put me on Beauty(which I didn't understand because Beauty is very forward...and I was just a little girl)...but after I rode Beauty I fell right in love with her. I loved how she wanted to run...she was my first horse I really ran on all the time. I started riding her when I was 10(so 4 years I've been riding her). We have owned her for 7 years. All 3 of my older brothers rode her before I did, my mom, my dad, & My aunt. She has been through the family!:) You know she is a good horse when that happens! Beauty has been retired due to lameness issues in both of her front legs...I no longer ride her. :( I really miss just tacking her up, & going...but I also know she has had a long life of riding. I love Beauty so much, she is my baby girl for life!!!!! <3

Meet My Mother's 2 nd, New, Young Horse:

 ~Shakspear Poetic Bid~

Shakspear is a Registered 1 year old, 14.1H Black & White Paint QH Gelding. He was born March 09, 2008. We bought him when he was 6 months old. I was gonna have Shakspear as my horse...but soon found out that he is too lazy for me...but my mom loves it...so it's her horse now. :) We have been walking him on the roads...he isn't scared of any types of vehicles, 4wheelers, dirtbikes....nothing. We can fully tacked up, puts fly mask/fly spray, bathes, does natural Horsemanship, lunges, Lateral Bending at the poll, moves his hind quarters, know's his walk, trot, whoa verbal commands, has been desensitized, walks on plywood, Tarp, and over Rails.  Shakspear will be an awesome Western Trail horse.

Meet My New Horse:

~Nickles 'n Dimes~

Nick is Dark Bay Morgan gelding. 10 years old, 14.2H. We bought him on August 09, 2009....at the River's Edge Stables in Nh. Thank you Sonja for matching me with my perfect match!!! Sandra (The owner of Nick ) bought Nick from an action, we suspect he was mistreated by a man. He had trust issues, n was very senstive to anyone's feet touching his sides of his belly while u rode him. After I bought him, I really bonded with him, like after 2 weeks he trusted me touching his belly. Now he doesn't even care at all. He also didn't seem to like men...but now he doesn't care. He's came alongggg ways.  Nick has  AWESOME ground manners, amazing with bathing, tacking up"don't need to tie him, or hold him", fly spay & trailering. Nick know how to bend (doing lateral bend)at the poll, he know's w/t/c, cues and leg cues. He can side pass, & has a very nice low head set. 100% traffic safe, and safe. Nick also know's how to park out very well...every time he stops he does it with out even asking. He rides english, and western. And can ride bareback with just a lead rope, and no halter!!(:  I'm sooooo happy I gave him a chance, and bought him. I really didn't think I would find the right horse after my favorite horse"Beauty" got lame, and no longer had a horse to ride. He is the BEST horse in the world. And I really mean that.  The ONLY flaw he has is that he doesn't like other horses under saddle or on the ground but am working on that. I love him sooooo much.  I know he loves me...I can see it in his eyes every day, and how he acts around me. He always bows his head right in my arms, as I hug, and hold him for minutes. Another cute thing he does..is he always follows me around the pen without a lead rope or halter. Nick really does respect me. I know he trys his hardest to please me and do his very best. I'm sooooo Thankful and Blessed I found the perfect horse. I can't see myself with some other horse but him. Every morning I always look forward to seeing Nick..he gets me through the day. I wish I could be with him 24/7...if I could I would bring him in the house.lol. Words can't explain how I feel about this horse. I LOVE you Nick 43v3r N Alwayzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!
